I think that the same laws apply to both in calls and outcalls with it being illegal to purchase sexual services at both locations.
From a law enforcement perspective, incall stings are far more efficient often resulting in 20 to 50 arrests a day. Outcall arrests are uncommon because of the resources required to make a single arrest.
Regardless I make a practice of only talking about sex AFTER the SP is naked being careful to only chat about time and money up to that point. As long as the SP is of a legal age I should be in a reasonable defensible position unless the peace officer makes up some fairy tale for a conviction. My defense would be that the officer's nakedness created natural temptations entrapping me in a criminal offense
