No, not most. As a long-time BP user (in Ottawa) and a researcher before seeing a new provider, it's about 25%. All you do is right click on any image and left click the bottom option (search google with this image). It takes 3-4 seconds per pic. By searching their pics (usually they have 5 of them) and googling their phone number (combined total of 3-4 minutes) you can see which ads are fake and which are real.

No matter how you personally feel about them recos allow others to at least know they are real, not a scam and that it can be an enjoyable experience.
