Lot's of very good information here, thank you for starting this thread. One thing that has piqued my curiosity: In the event of retirement of the SP, if a client learns of this from them, what would be the appropriate thing to do? Wish them the best or depending on the 'relationship' (rapport, etc.) a parting gift? What would be the appropriate etiquette?
