  1. Rocky, since you laid it out in detail, let me ask the million dollar question. Are most or all of the ladies working the Playmate are on board for the Sweet? Or is it entirely YMMV?
  2. Yeah... might as well throw my two cents in. Been to a club in the past few years, lot of girls come and go there... and some of them have been just, Hi, I'm new here, I'll give you a handy for x amount of dollars. And the club sorts them out and they're never seen again. Much more interesting are the times something sparks, some actual vibe between you and a girl and it's not just business, it's why can't she have some fun too. Back in the day, there was no better for that than the old barn stalls at Barb's. Nobody couldn't see shit. Maybe if there's anywhere around today with a setup like that... good luck to ya.
  3. I suppose when something's a rumour for at least 15 years, it eventually has to come true, eh?
  4. Been wondering that myself. Looks like no one on this board goes here.
  5. Ditto. Treat her like a real person, show that you're playing the game the right way. Play a bit of a long game if she looks worth it. That's how you get to, as they say, top shelf where she keeps the cookie jar.
  6. Few weeks ago there was a new shooter girl, tiny girl with tattoos named Lucy. Someone told me they thought she's a dancer too. Anyone know, does she dance at the NuDen, or elsewhere?
  7. When I first started going there it was packed Fridays @ 4; you could barely get in the door. Good times.
  8. Beginning to sound like a little bit of a renaissance going on down there. Might have to look in soon.
  9. I'm watching this shit on HBO. Westworld.
  10. I always see her on Saturday nights, not sure about any others.
  11. Tika is at the NuDen. Super friendly Japanese/Hawaiian girl, always fun to be around.
  12. Hoo boy. Disclaimer first - I like this club, no beefs with anyone there or the management or the servers. That was an embarrassment last night. The club made bank on it though, so no one is going to be issuing any apologies. $25 door, place was packed, Maude did a great show as usual, another girl I hadn't seen before did another headline worthy act... Christy Mack shows up, announces some shit about the government not willing to let her perform, spends the night doing a meet and greet upstairs. Laughable. And the worst part is a steady line of suckers paying whatever for a photo op. I only went for my routine stop. Glad I hadn't actually been hoping for a decent show, like feature entertainers used to do in... you can stop me now... the good old days. She had to have known ahead of time; the club had to have known ahead of time. It was a money grab.
  13. I'm sure any older fellas would remember, but clubs used to be a lot livelier in terms of audience response. You'd party, you'd applaud, it was alright to make a little noise and show a little appreciation. Back in the day my pals and I used to load up, go out to somewhere like the Pink and raise hell for a few hours. Sometime in the past 20 years guys stopped making any noise at all in the club. It's not "cool" to applaud anymore. Maybe they just don't want to give the bouncers any reason at all to take notice of them, LOL.
  14. Been going to this club for over ten years. And due to its location, there has always, always, always been an ongoing rumour that Barb's will shut down within the next couple of years/months/days. Still my favourite place, but I do remember when you couldn't even get in the door on a Friday...
  15. I'm in agreement with Megan. It's been quite awhile since any money has been reinvested in the place. IMO the only aspect of it that keeps it vital is the people working there.
  16. Like I said in my post on Page 2... not a rule, not a policy... and sorry to say, the title of this thread could be construed as misleading. Again, if you're seeing a large number of girls "not showing enough" onstage, you're seeing the management slipping up a bit. Having said that, as others have alluded to, I would rather the management keep the room happy than riding the girls too hard. Just my opinion: The whole damn thing works better when the room is good, and the room is good... and YOUR entertainment is better... when the girls are feeling good.
  17. I agree with the previous post. Matter of fact, many a time have I been MORE intrigued by a woman because she left a little something back for a private consultation.
  18. Far as I know, not a rule, not a policy... I've known many dancers over the years and they've all skirted with this issue, some leave it till the last few seconds. Some do feel like keeping it mostly under wraps till you get in the back. I always figure how you sell your show is up to you; some girls do things onstage that make me want to see more; some catch my interest with a little convo... takes all kinds. But yeah it used to be a hard line fine if you didn't take 'em off at all. If Megan says it still is, I believe her. Bottom line, if you're at a club and seeing more than one girl leaving them on all the time, I'd say you're probably just seeing the management getting lazy.
  19. As a longtime customer I take everything I hear with a very large grain of salt, but last night I heard - from a reliable girl - about a recent, petty incident involving a member of the staff, not a dancer. Now the cameras have been there a long time, and I've gotten away with a lot of shit. But now I have confirmation that yep, someone seems to be obsessing over even the least little things these days.
