Transmission troubles in the middle of no where, in extreme heat. Thankfully some transmission fluid was enough to keep me going, I'm worried the car is ruined.

6000 km, thunder/lightning storms, excessive heat, transmission problems, missed connections, successful smuggling of dog across Ontario - sleeping in my own bed again. Makes it all worth while. I am back home, safe and sound. That is worth the endless days of driving, seeing my dogs eyes light up when she realized where she was.
