In my Opinion ... every scenario is different... by email I think the 3 message rule is a good one.. First email to gather as much info as you can from the lady, concerning services, rates, restrictions, and any other important information to be given.., Second one is to clarify any doubts or things that were not cleared in a second communication... third yes you should be ready to book..
