Having just come back from six-weeks spent mostly alone (or with people I'd just met), this is something I've already been thinking about a lot. I value my time alone, and can't understand people who don't. Today, I was with four of my closest friends, and while we were hanging out 3 had cell phones open and one had a laptop. It made me wish I was back in Australia, peacefully enjoying my time alone.

While I do love the community aspect of this site, I do agree with a lot of what you're saying. There are more threads existing on this site about people's personal problems than there are about things like TITTIES! And I'm here to promote things like tits, not talk about stuff that's going wrong in my life. I have utilized the SP-only section to talk about certain personal things, and I love that I had the outlet to do so. But in general, for me cerb is here to talk about/promote/discuss escorting and things that go along with it, or to discuss general topics like movies/cats/etc. I'd bet though that many people use this to discuss more personal topics because they may not have another outlet. Which is sad, but while I agree with what you're saying and to be quite honest I rarely read the personal story threads, I wouldn't want to take it away from the people who write them/use them because if that is the only outlet they have to release their feelings, where else would they go if they didn't come here?

I agree with this so much!!!!! I can't tell you how many times, since i've been in the biz, that I've had people tell me that, if I'm going to sleep with someone in my personal life, I'd 'better tell them I'm an escort cause it's so risky'. I'm sorry but whaaaaaaaaaat? Nevermind all of the people I know who sleep around with whoever they want, some with but some without condoms. But they don't get told to release they're sexual history before a hook up, however as an escort I do. Hmmm no I dont think so. I have been more stringent with testing and I use protection 100% of the time, so it really infuriates me that people assume because I am in the business, I'm therefore more at risk than those who just sleep around for fun.

It can be so hard to do this, as much as you try! When I came to Australia, I left my phone at home, figuring I'd be fine without one for my trip. Well I was asked at least twice a day for my phone number and people all looked at me like, 'Well you'd better get a phone!'. After a week of not being able to plan or do anything, I gave in and got a pre-paid cell phone while here. I'm more addicted to the internet though. When I close my computer, I pull out my phone and check from there. My netbook died a little over a week ago and I immediately felt so closed off from the world - but I took a deep breath, relaxed, and decided to not think about it. And I went three whole days without accessing the net, go me! Ha that actually does seem like achieving something for me, I usually can't go three hours!

a) What does a SP consider the clock-on or start time for a sleep over? Is there only a certain amount of hours for a sleep over? Some say 12 hours some others do not specify any hours. I go with 12 hours, although it's unlikely I'd be booting the gentlemen out the door as soon as 8am hit, for me it would be more about having a nice evening and a nice wakeup while still staying close to the agreed upon time b) Does the sleep over rates that are quoted in their web site or ad's all inclusive? yes c) Is it of paramount importance that the SP, has met the gent previously? Absolutely, and I don't understand why a gentlemen would choose a sleepover if he hadn't already met the lady. Chemistry is of utmost importance when spending such a long time period with someone
