I think the first sentence is the disturbing part of that article - 'fewer people using condoms'. Of course STDs would be on the rise if people aren't being smart. Actually, I don't even think I'd say using condoms is smart - it's just a natural thing to do, something that doesn't even take smarts, it should just happen!

I'm SO HAPPY to say you are wrong! those things were illegal, which made pretty much everything we do illegal. But not they've said the laws that make those illegal are themselves WRONG - YAY!!! I'm personally not 100% sure what the immediate outcome is - are these laws immediately voided? I read something about a 30-day stay?

And I love all of the comments in my announcement thread! I think the OP though was referring more to someone taking over an announcement to turn it into something completely different - like if someone went in to my announcement thread and started talking about how much they hate the east end or something, and turned in into a conversation like that. Because that would suck. But posting pictures and talking about boobies is fine (with me at least!)

I normally do not make comments like I am about to, but this statement makes me very, very unhappy. If you had a great relationship with your father, that is wonderful, and I do agree that loving relationships are essential to personal well-being. However, Saying women who are loved by their dad are much nicer is such a broad statement and feels like a slap in the face to women, like me, who did NOT have such a relationship. I'm quite happy in the fact that I don't have a father - but by your statement, this means I'm not as nice as someone who did? Give me a break. I will assume your sentiment in this statement is again, 'loving relationships make nicer people', which is how I live my life. The loving relationships i've developed with my friends, my animals, my lovers, are all what make me the nice person I am - father not included! Now back to the original topic please...

I'm with Sara on this one, I'm way too low-maintenance, I just had my first hair-cut in a year, and my makeup lasts me forever!!! I had my first mani/pedi ever right before I went to vegas, the nails lasted about a week, and my pedi is still visible on my big toenails, hahahahha! I do splurge a LOT on lingerie though, I can't walk past a la senza without walking in, and my friends had to literally drag me out of Victorias Secret in Vegas. There is just way too much adorable leopard/zebra print stuff available these days, I want it ALL!!!!!!! It's a good/bad thing there is no VS here in Ottawa, I'd be broke! But damn I'd look cute :D

I've encountered this every time I go to get tested, and have my entire life, at least before entering 'the biz'. I've had to actually argue with doctors before and force them to test me, because they'd say 'you're not high risk'. I'd be like, um..........I have sex. That means there is a risk. So test me you jerks!!! I could never believe it, I'm trying to be responsible and they'd try to talk me out of it!!! At least I've never let them win!
