My 24 photos have been there since last November. As it was a promo photoshoot paid for by leolist. I don't see this being a glitch as changing terms of use. I am honestly frustrated that they are doing this as the scam, spam and robots are at an all time high both for clients and providers advertising on there. More and more clients are turning away from it. I have had to turn off all the contact me forms on the site for the amount of robots I was getting, that fill my spam folder weekly. It's hard to turn away from it as it's still number 1 maybe 2 for Google search. But my money spent there is getting less and less return for it's value.

It's been something I have been having a conversation with clients about. I am still a 250/hr companion, but since I claim I have to pay hst on my services it's 287.50. I still need the 250 to cover expenses and my day to day stuff, so I rounded up to 300 and my accountant does the math from there. Generally marketing that way doesn't make sense to the masses. Thankfully we do have deductions like any other buisness. So things like makeup, rent, office supplies (condom, lube, ect), food, travel, marketing, car and such are able to be written off. Rough numbers from my tax stuff last year; Rent costs last year were 17000, travel costs were 20000, marketing was 6000 (marketing for Toronto is more than here). That was just a few numbers. Both Daysha and Greenteal are right. It's not worth either parties time. It's more headaches than it's worth and it's filled with spam. I got kicked off last year and haven't bothered going back on.
