For the most part, diets are marketing fads. They usually don't stand true scientific review (unlike internet-based "science") especially long term effect. I classify Atkins, Keto,, paleo, South beach etc. , and their variations, in this category. There maybe more. I see the Mediterranean diet as an exception as it is more as a way of life that passed the test of time. As said before, this has to be combined with exercise, and i would rather say activity as i doesn't have to be gym kr jogging. I would however make sure to include enough intensity, nkt nust moving... Also, as said before, the canadian food guide , especially the last edition is good. Finally it is worth it to see a dietician to establish a good program (not only diet)

Neither has the frequency been determined yet. Will it be once in a lifetime, or a annually or somewhere in between? Time, or rather data that have not been compiled yet because the virus and vaccines are so recent, will tell.

What are you watching on Netflix these days?
Steampunk replied to MelissaCarter's topic in Fun Threads
I have to be the most boring tv (including on line stuff) person in the world. The only tv fhat i watch is at the end of the day when my brain is fried (brain damage following motorcycle accident, blah blah blah). So I'm looking for "no brainer stuff) like game shows etc. Bedtime: 2 hours after falling asleep on the couch! Anyways, last thing on Netflix: Fast and Faster with Valentino Rossi... old movies lol -
2nd shot bumped to June 28 instead of Aug 17... good thing cause i was away on Aug 17..? I accepted the risk (not managed), cause there was a good probability that i could bump up, which i did.

So i didn't know the edit function disappeared after 1 hr..... now i know, after an hour of searching and calling fhe shrink since i was going crazy, . So the incomprehensible sentence at the beginning should read: "I know the lyrics dont talk about summer and some are pretty dark, but (Almost) any Bob Marley's song. Reason for editing: stupid spell check! Those who understood the original, congrats on your mind reading abilities.

Thoughts on bald providers?

And of course, there was Ève Salvail, supermodel of the 90s.... combining shaved head and tattoos... -
I know the lyrics dont talk about hammer and some ère prêtre dans but (Almost) an Bob Marley song.

Would have to add time to the encounter.... to look, analyse and get your explanation on each of them!

Thoughts on bald providers?
Steampunk replied to Sugar Kayne's topic in Escort Discussion for Thunder Bay
As a male, I love it, depending of who is attached to it. honestly not sure though about the percent of clients who would think the same. And not sure that this forum is representative of your clientèle. but if you feel like it. Do it. -

Thank you Allie. This interview just resurfaced following happiwan reply. . I was not on rhe forum at fhe original publication. It's a topic i am so curious about... so glad to see the answers. I would have so many additional questions! But for now I was surprised to see "farming" in your hobbies. Not gardening, not ani al cuddling, but farming! Care to elaborate a bit (and i maybhave a reason to hone on that, lol)

Life Lessons Learnt From Sex Work - Callista Carter
Steampunk replied to a topic in Interviews With the Community
I supposed every case is different but I would say that kidnapping is not the method of choice as it triggers a focussed police effort and the risks are much higher for rhe trafficker. Traffickers know who to target (vulnerable) in reality or on social media and what to say and it takes them very little time to "convert" someone. Coercition (threats, including against family) would be used to keep the girls in business when they want or try to leave. -
Reminds me of:

Yesterday reminded me of "sundress day". I used to work downtown (Ottawa). Probably my favourite day of the year was was it got warm in early summer. Warm enough for women to sport their summer dresses. Not the very first warm day, but what i would describe as the second or third day in first sustained "warm wave" (not even heat wave). Not the warmest day of the summer either. I would love to eat outside to enjoy the scenery (i was also distracted during my commute in and out of town): women sporting their sundresses. Of course hot ones, like all the one on this forum, but also "girls next door, dress acceptable for the office" and imperfect ones (I'll let you determine what that is). They all had something in common: they glowed, I think being happy and feelkng good about themselves (the ladies here can opine). I could see more skin by going to the beach or a strip joint, but this was different. I miss that! I would not, nor feel the need to ogle or stalk and there was only one day in the year so don't even try to attend another one! Anyways this my rambling of the day. Thought this women loving (mainly) forum would be a good place to share!

Life Lessons Learnt From Sex Work - Callista Carter

I meant in Canada it is Canadian girls. I know it is an international problem. But here in Canada many people think the problem is mainly women from Eastern Europe or the Philippines being brought in Canada often under false pretenses. -
What would be your dream job?
Steampunk replied to Meg O'Ryan's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
As a kid my dream job changed every second week. When was time to choose, there was so many careers i didnt know existed. I ended up going tk university in a field i loved, especially the learning part ! Later i ended up as an executive and the specific field didnt matter as much. I loved it, still do.. I think my trademarks was that i was able to genuinely relate to a wide diversity of people, from workers to physicians to executives. I also trusted my people and gave them enough rope on the leash, lol. Still required results and quality work. I also like to think that i walked the talk. Following a motorcycle accident several years ago, I am on disabilty leave because of chronic fatigue, concentration and memory issues (not great for a executive). I dont see much improvement for a while so i dont know fhagi awill ever be able to go back. But enough whining, my dream job woukd be to be able to go back to my old job! Lol
