  1. A lot of the Asians have been advertising as white lately. The wording and sentence structure in the ads is usually a dead give away.
  2. You probably do a mixture, sometimes you actually do service other times you decide to just steal the deposit. Not exactly uncommon, many instances of people getting robbed from a provider they've seen before with no problems. People can read the links I posted and come to their own conclusions. There's over 300 posts of mostly negative feedback I think that speaks for itself.
  3. Very well documented history of stealing deposits across several years Toronto: https://terb.cc/xenforo/threads/alysson-ivy-kiara-maxime-whatever-her-name-is-shes-hot.702398/ Ottawa: https://terb.cc/xenforo/threads/aly-ivy-kiara-maya-fox-levya-maylie-8438-5775.703992/ Montreal: https://merb.cc/xenforo/threads/maylie-ex-leyva-ex-ivy-kiara-ex-ivy-rose-ex-melissa-ex-maxime-ex-maya-fox-indy.137654/ Still allowed to advertise on Lyla and Tryst despite all of this.
  4. She was offering discounts for reviews and there was a deleted thread on here, keep that in mind when you look at what's still up.
  5. Unfortunately most providers don't have any online presence beyond their leolist ad, and most who do still advertise on leolist. Don't get me wrong it's always nice to be able to verify and leolist is full of scams but there are also many legit girls on there who you won't find anywhere else (very few for the reverse). There is a reason there are so many scams on leolist, it's because that's what the vast majority of people are using. Tryst is mostly locals that advertise elsewhere and high-end touring providers. If you pay attention an awful lot of those touring providers end up cancelling their trip, I imagine due to a lack of interest. So even if you are able to afford it there's a decent chance they won't end up coming here. Twitter is great for verifying/research but again, mostly high-end providers. In terms of finding providers try searching "Halifax escorts" and you get a bunch of WW2 posts. You need a username (from another platform) for one provider to start and then from there you can see anyone they happen to network with. That's obviously not going to be a complete list, and how many will even be in your area? If you're into the FMTY thing it's a good option I suppose but otherwise it's a lot of effort to find providers who are advertising elsewhere anyways.
  6. You should post some kind of proof (screenshots of your texts?) because otherwise people will disregard this since your account is new and she has a good reputation. It's not like this would be the first instance of a reputable provider scamming people by any means though.
  7. The verification process to advertise on here (and Tryst for that matter) just means the provider is real. That other girl from a few months ago was able to continue to advertise on both platforms long after her thread in the warning section was posted, I don't think they police the providers at all.
  8. She has a review on the green board, twitter and phone number match up.
  9. I'll add to this that if you use your personal phone number, they are actually able to pull personal information like address, full name, a relative's name etc to make the threats seem more credible. Regardless OP is right that the threats are empty, the Nigerian prince you are talking to doesn't have a hit squad ready to take you out.
  10. One of the very few Asians that isn't a new girl every few days. Lots of negative feedback if you look.
  11. They change over so fast, wait for someone to post a recommendation and then see them ASAP before they switch out. From personal experience even the better ones are often on the older side, if you're not willing to see one in late 30s you might be waiting a while.
  12. We shouldn't be rewarding providers that no-show on appointments. Unless she offers you a substantial discount go see somebody else that doesn't waste your time.
  13. Just in case you guys don't know we are allowed to post about no-shows in the scam section. Might save someone else a trip.
  14. It was probably a last-minute deposit scam, i.e. once you get to the hotel she asks for it. Much more likely than her traveling back and forth between Ottawa and Halifax about 15 times in the last 2 weeks.
  15. Well she posted her ad in Ottawa 3 hours ago so I doubt she was even in Halifax this morning. Halifax ad got bumped again 30 minutes ago. 2 cities in the same day should be an immediate write off unless it's crystal clear that one is for online services only. She's been doing this the entire time she's been advertising in Halifax by the way.
  16. I fully agree, It's gotten very bad. It seems like there are 10 scammers for every legit provider nowadays. The economic situation isn't helping and Halifax is worse off than other places in the country. The lack of MPs and agencies in Halifax makes it much harder for newer providers to get involved, and when hotels are expensive as they are that's another barrier to entry.
  17. Depends on how you define scam. She is trying to sell her onlyfans by stringing people along in hopes that they will get to be her "content partner". Virtually all onlyfans accounts use predatory business models that rely heavily on micro-transactions, yes the subscription price is only a couple of bucks but you will probably have to pay additional money for extra content. And I imagine she only "considers" doing content with people who tip her hundreds or thousands of dollars. She is probably nowhere near Halifax either. Basically this is probably a legit online only provider, but her claiming she offers incall in Halifax is almost certainly a scam.
  18. They ask for the password once you arrive as a condition to get the room number.
  19. A lot of them (mostly Asians) will straight up lie to you. They even say stuff like "2 hours free if fake" which is never honored. Their tactic is to promise anything they can to get you in the door. At that point once you realize you've been lied to they are counting on you deciding to stay anyway. I guess a lot of people must stay because if this tactic didn't work they would stop doing it. Image search is not foolproof by any means, it's worth using to filter out some of the fakes but don't expect it to catch everything. Make sure you are using several image search engines as well, remember a lot of these scammers are foreign. I've caught a lot of fakes on Yandex and Baidu that the other search engines didn't find.
  20. Yeah it's just not worth the risk. If it's not your personal number it's easy to just block and move on when sketchy stuff like this happens. Otherwise things can potentially escalate, if someone is crazy they can really fuck up your life with even a small amount of your personal info (particularly in this context). Hopefully other people can learn from your mistake, and hopefully you don't hear from them again.
  21. You probably don't need to worry but definitely drop all contact, hopefully you weren't using your personal number. I would suggest warning everybody privately who it was rather than posting it publicly, just in case that would provoke a negative response.
  22. So a few days ago her Ottawa ad hadn't been bumped in a week, which made it plausible that she was touring here. But now she bumped her Ottawa ad yesterday and her Halifax ad a few hours ago: https://www.leolist.cc/personals/female-escorts/nova-scotia/halifax_other_open_minded_no_rush_unforgettable_fun-8899992 https://www.leolist.cc/personals/female-escorts/south-eastern-ontario/ottawa_tatyana_open_minded_no_rush_unforgettable_fun-6368992 So I'm taking back what I said above lol, this is very sketchy now.
  23. This isn't anything new, you can ask any provider there have always been clients asking for this. There's no way for you to ever confirm that the girl you are seeing is always practicing safe services either. For all you know she bends the rules for certain clients/prices, doesn't practice it in her personal life etc. You're always taking a risk but you can substantially lower it by only engaging in safe services yourself. That's really all you have control over, there are always going to be both clients and providers willing to take risks and it's virtually impossible for you to tell who is. It's probably more common with lower-end providers but then again virtually every pornstar offers it (with a test) so who really knows?
  24. Lots of reviews on the other forum. Halifax ad is posted by the same account as her long time Ottawa one so it's probably legit.
  25. I'd bet a 50% deposit it was the scamming.
