I usually use a texting app which can assign you a different number. Something like TextMe or TextFree on iPhone. There are annoying ads but they aren’t the end of the world. Note that some providers look into numbers who text them and will not respond to text app numbers so you would have to either use a different method (email/real number) or you could choose not to book with them ultimately. Burner phones are an option too if prepaid phones are still a thing.

No idea at all! Kakra looks fairly real though from what I can tell. In the photos you can tell her face is edited but she looks more real in the video.
