d*mm*y 887 Report post Posted November 29, 2007 Some of my fav's Blue Berry Tea (steeped tea, Amaretto, Grand Marnier) best server in a sugar rimed glass Coffee and Drambuie best with sugared rim and whip cream Hot Chocolate with Cream De Mente, great with whip cream on top, enhance the flavor with tia maria Hot Apple cider with island rum, add a stick of cinnamon to spice it up Hope you find some inspiration in these! Get some fresh ginger, clean it up and boil. Reduce heat and steep. You can sweeten to taste and I like adding vodka. I prefer Silent Sam, but you can use one with flavor if you'd like. PKjessica (PK is now PKJas 103 Report post Posted December 2, 2007 Butter Beer: 1 pint vanilla ice cream (softened) 1/2 stick butter (softened) 1/3 cup brown sugar 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 teaspoon grated nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves 1 quart apple cider Cream butter, sugar and spices together. Beat in the vanilla ice cream. Re-freeze the mixture. Scoop out the frozen mixture into a glass. Pour hot Apple cider over the ice cream mixture. It rocks! JoyfulC 132299 Report post Posted December 3, 2007 Mix 2 tsp of cocoa with 2 tsp of sugar, add enough milk to stir into a paste, then add a cup of hot milk and stir well.
