Grass_Hopper 18263 Report post Posted July 24, 2010 With the tipping money you gave me, I decided to spoil myself in a constructive and healthy way... With all the expenses we have to assume, the money made in a day is often barely enough to cover it all, and as for me, I am spoiling myself with the tips... So, being out of shape, I decided to take some POLE DANCING classes... First class is today... I can't wait! Here's a little sample to see what it's all about... http://www.youtube.com/user/OttawaPoleFitness#p/a/f/0/f36OWBfiby4 Please note that this is not an advertisement, and no info will be provided on the school, neither in public forums, nor by PMs... THANKS TO MY GENTS!!!
Reddog01 30280 Report post Posted July 24, 2010 Thanks Grasshopper. Enjoyed the video(s) and music. The couple really complimented each other. I guess the better poles spin on their own. I once helped a friend install a pole in her apartment but it was solid and didn't turn on its own. Harder to do spins slowly and gracefully....I would guess. Keep us updated on how the classes go. Grass_Hopper 18263 Report post Posted July 25, 2010 Moves were way more easier then I thought! Although my hands are covered with blisters... I can we grip the pole without sliding down and discover that unknown force to climb up? Survival instinct, I gues... But I did it! I've always been affraid of stages, evenyhough I now have the body to perform... I feel that my time to shine is about to arrive! I just LOVE IT! NotchJohnson 214123 Report post Posted July 25, 2010 Congrats to you Grasshopper for taking this course. I find the girl in the video to be quite flexible, I have not seen many like her.

PistolPete 61421 Report post Posted July 25, 2010 Wow loved the video! Nothing like watching 2 people perform like that, dancing on a pole or the floor. You require great altheletism, to do moves like that, I always enjoy a performance where it is an individual sport. Enjoy Sabrina!

Guest S**a*Q Report post Posted July 25, 2010 Hahaha although it looks awesome, pole dancing is not for me at all... I've had way too many concussions to deal with falling off a pole and onto my brain. I'll leave that up to you darlin'! Congrats on the new hobby. :) I just bought me a new camera with the money I made in TBay. That was my treat :D
Grass_Hopper 18263 Report post Posted July 25, 2010 Are you in photography? Or WOULD YOU LIKE to be, if our gents are spoiling you enough?
Guest S**a*Q Report post Posted July 25, 2010 I love taking pictures :) I'm not very good at the whole using the DSLR camera yet, but I have a good eye for shots. I just bought a Canon Rebel XT, now I'm saving my money for the 500$ macro lens I want. All in all I'm just getting started though, I know how to use automatic really well :D I've done a little modelling, which I love to do... Maybe I can do my own shots now :)
