First because this here is an escort section. Not a strip club section. You don't wanna mix the two. Second because it feels much more natural to have all the Ottawa area (including Gatineau) strip clubs in the same section. Geographically speaking, with only a river between them (and enough bridges to cross it easily) Gatineau and Ottawa are like one big city, really.
