Only have one hour for a lunch break?

Between 11:30 and 1:00 (only) I can provide you the

half hour rate of $140.

No one wants to pay for time they are unable to utilize.

Usual minimum time and rate is one hour for $240

but for your lunchtime pleasure, I will make an exception.

This only applies during the midday time of day.

Looking for someone regular?

Since that is also my preference,

once someone establishes himself as regular,

I am also able to sweeten the deal.
