I am interested in some ( all actually ) opinions on what value there would be in a locally owned and operated agency that provides both ends of the spectrum with the knowledge and so called comfort level that they require . If and this is still in the IF stage the agency could successfully vet prospective clients for the providers and also provide the hobbyist with a trusted and true level of comfort ( no more fake pics etc.) with no outrageous or hidden fees like I am thinking $30 per hour upcharge would it not get more business both ways . Early stages , please no one get offended just thinking out loud .
