Ice4fun 78407 Report post Posted September 7, 2015 John Oliver the HBO Comedian on the show "Last Week Tonight" interviewed Edward Snowden in Moscow and part of the interview used the premise that bulk surveillance programs run by the NSA in the US collect pictures of dick pics sent by Americans so he asked Snowden if Americans should stop sending "dick pics"... Snowden's answer No... we should continue to send dick pics and not let the government change your behaviour... that the inappropriate behaviour of the government should not cause people to change.
