Andee 220524 Report post Posted August 31, 2010 Forgive me for saying this, but I don't believe most ladies would be inclined to share that kind of information on a public forum. Maybe I'm wrong, but I would find that a bit personal. I did vote in your poll though.
Origin 268 Report post Posted August 31, 2010 Forgive me for saying this, but I don't believe most ladies would be inclined to share that kind of information on a public forum. Maybe I'm wrong, but I would find that a bit personal. I did vote in your poll though. I and I am sure the cerb populus understand. The poll is anonymous. Those ladies that are inclined please feel free to comment of course no pressure. I think I saw another thread on this done previously while searching to post uniquely. Found it, but the thread was called Do SPs ever fall for clients: http://www.cerb.ca/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=5476
Carrie Moon 68826 Report post Posted August 31, 2010 Hell ya! I've done it several times over my 22 years in the business... my last serious boyfriend was a client. I asked him out right after our first session.. and we still see one another about once/month after ending the relationship.

40ishsxaddict 203 Report post Posted August 31, 2010 (edited) ive gotta admit im surprised almost 50% of ladies saying yes... for male question last time i looked it was only 10% yes.... i would have thought it would be the guys falling in love.... Now i'm even more confused than usual...lol Ok just rechecked the male poll and we're now over 50% yes which makes sense.... was worried i'd lost my keen sense of sociology and human interaction Edited August 31, 2010 by 40ishsxaddict looked at the male poll again
Meg O'Ryan 266444 Report post Posted August 31, 2010 Not to sound too negative as this is obviously not my way...but...this questions could cause jealousy or ill feelings if not responded to in the way that someone is hoping!

I mis-read your writing, my bad .... My reputation comment should have said "Great example of love and affection with a client with best sex". I can not edit a rep comment (not that I know of). Regardless, good on you Karina. Sorry about my mis-understanding lol. It is great to read the two threads and see the poll results that so many cases of love and affection materializes between hobbyists and service providers in real life (so far 60% of respondents on hobbyist's side and 40% of respondents on the service provider's side). To be honest even I am taken by surprise with the result to be so high percentagewise!!!. Thanks Origin for starting the threads.
ashleyangel4u 1341 Report post Posted August 31, 2010 I'm not an Ottawa SP but I thought you might like to hear my story anyways lol. This is my second CERB account, I used to have Christina.4.u and also the website AsheyAngel Online - where I had PSE photos of myself. I was quite into the SP scene out here in Halifax, and even travelled to Toronto, Montreal and the US to meet with clientes. I met one client here, visiting for work from Toronto, and after meeting with him regularly we became romantically attached. He opted to have me visit him for an entire week, and after that I was hooked!! Fortunately for me the feeling was mutual, and after a long conversation we decided to become an item. We eventually became engaged and that was the point I closed my old CERB account and gave up on my career in porn under then name "Ashley Angel". I moved across the country to live with him and was looking forward to spending my life with him. Unfortunately, there was a turn of events when we both realized that we wanted different things - he was much older than me and wanted to settle down immediately, where as I am only 24 (23 then) and want nothing more than to chase my dream of a legitimate entertainment career. We've since broken off the engagement and went our seperate ways. We still talk - have been good friends for sometime now, and being how close we were, I will always have a spot in my heart for him. A bit personal, but I thought you guys might like this story - a story of true love and what could have been a marriage... all thanks to networking thru our very own CERB!!! :) <3 xo It CAN happen....
VedaSloan 119179 Report post Posted August 31, 2010 I have never fallen for a client. I have no plans to, but then again, it's not exactly the sort of thing you plan for. Plus, I was (still am) in a relationship already when I started working.
Carrie Moon 68826 Report post Posted September 1, 2010 You go girl!!! Now thats what some of our(guys) fantasies are made of! Oh.. I don't think that's at all a healthy fantasy. Twice in the last month I've been asked by a client if I'd date him.. right in the middle of a session and once when the guy was inside me! Way to put me on the spot and I just said no to the one.. that I didn't date right now and to the other.. can we talk about after the session? where I then told him the same thing. Uh.. I will ask you out if I'm interested and it's happened twice in over 20 years of doing this.. so to clarify it's pretty rare. I have never fallen for a client. I have no plans to, but then again, it's not exactly the sort of thing you plan for. Yup.. in both cases it was pretty much a done deal within the first few minutes of meeting... shot through the heart.
Guest s******ecan**** Report post Posted September 1, 2010 Oh.. I don't think that's at all a healthy fantasy. I agree. Call me a pessimist but I am inclined to think of this as a hazard for both client and SP. It would take a unique pairing to be able to work their way through such a challenging situation. Because I am not looking for a relationship I have made certain decisions about who I book in an effort to prevent just this thing. I have fallen in love (the real thing, the absolutely lose yourself in the other person type, Heathcliff and Cathy type etc.) in my life at least 2 times possibly a third. While it was incredibly intoxicating it wasn't particularly healthy. Just my opinion though....
Carrie Moon 68826 Report post Posted September 1, 2010 I see the other thread on guys falling for escorts. Falling in lust is a completely different thing that what I am talking about. I have fallen in lust many times.. way more than 2. But probably only 5-10% of the time. When I compliment a guy with gusto they sometimes don't believe me.. and it's understandable.. but a shame. The 2 relationships I had with guys I met as clients were both very long term and based on more than lust.
E.D. man 691 Report post Posted September 1, 2010 think love is something that just happens, you can't arrange it or choose who, you will fall in love with.
Guest O***wa**W Report post Posted September 10, 2010 I have developed a friendship with a client, who I saw for erotic massage, and we now get together privately from time to time, but it isnt love.
