They mention three components to the study/findings: Then they explain more... I am going to finish reading all the 115 pages. What are your thoughts/feelings? Thanks for the post... I will certainly have a look at the report before commenting too much but will say that based on the small quotes you provided the only concern I had was that the sex workers in question do not seem to be included... it would be nice to see their input.
