I can suspect 4 scenarios:

 

1. you do get jack, depending on their set-up/experience/method.

2. some excuse is made that the "fake hot girl" had to leave but that the "real" girl is available as option B... at a reduced price hopefully!?

3. It's a prank... kind of like phone-call-pranks back in the 80-90's (you'll get sent to a wrong location).

I had two encounters where fake pictures were used. First time I didn't realize until well after I arrived and was inside that the pictures weren't accurate at all. I felt too awkward at that point to leave so I stayed. It turned out to be a great time.

 

The next time it happened I noticed almost right away it wasn't the girl in the pictures. But the weird thing is I have no idea why she would use fake pictures. She was a super hottie! However if it is an outright manipulation I'm gone, awkward or not.
