Tempted Monk 5057 Report post Posted December 5, 2015 There was pretty detailed discussion in couple threads regarding if provider's age is important: http://www.lyla.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=92425 http://www.lyla.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=192305 But I did not find thread devoted to the question: "What is preferred client's age?" Which client is better - young and energetic or mature and sophisticated? More physically oriented or looking for emotional connection? I see in many ads (even from young girls) restrictions like preferred clients 35+ or 40+. What is the reason for such restrictions?
EmilyRushton 253372 Report post Posted December 5, 2015 My answer is based solely on myself and I can't answer for others. I prefer mature company +40. Im not saying a 25 year old can't be mature, but the connection is different in the past experiences I have had. Someone older than myself is someone I tend to mesh better with, from experience I have found that I have few issues visiting with mature company (they follow the rules, read websites, don't haggle and well they don't stalk me in my hotel lobby- yes that has happened) as well screening is NEVER an issue. My experience with younger clients 98% of the time is usually not something I want to repeat, the lack or respect to this professional and me is one of the big reasons as well as the fact that they seem to not follow instructions well and feel that it is ok to want to date me or take me for coffee off the clock. The fact that initial contact in my experience from a younger gentleman usually starts with "I'm super good looking you should see me for free" or can i have a student discount and r u free now - is enough indication to why I don't wish to see the younger generation - they are also the one who seem to hold the entitlement card and feel because they have money I should see them (and they wont allow me to screen them). I will say in the new younger clients I have clicked with, they had 2 references and were rare from the norm Every lady is different and every lady has different boundaries and rules, for me I'm at a point in my career where chemistry is better than anything and without it there is no date. - regardless of age. We all have our reasons for who we wish to spend time with and why and to be honest its really no one else concern except for the lady who has put her policies in place and they should just be respected.
Ice4fun 78407 Report post Posted December 5, 2015 I will preface this by saying I am in my mid fifties... I think the Ideal age for a client is some one al little more mature perhaps mid to late 50's living in St. John's NL but that's Just my Opinion Lol
Nicolette Vaughn 294340 Report post Posted December 5, 2015 Emily holds the same sentiments as I do. I prefer 40+ because I find older men 40 + are from a different generation and younger men are expecting something in return that I don't or could never offer them such as wanting me to be their girlfriend, give them a discount because they're a student and the "now" factor at 3 am. While these are extreme examples, I have come across them in the past until I put my age requirement at 30+. To answer your question Tempted Monk, older men understand, value and appreciate intimacy. This comes with age and life experience that one doesn't find in their 20a or 30s. All age ranges have different goals, expectations and values. I have always identified with the older demographic because in my early 20s I found myself thrust in life experiences comparable to people in their thirties when they are just starting out. I bought my first house at 22 and have been living on my own since I was 18. I have never really clicked with my generation at the time because I always felt I was 10 years ahead of them in reality based situations. Now I find I like dating men 5-15 years older then me. It is not a huge age difference but enough that they are from that generation of sharing the same values as I do. I have had some good experiences with gentlemen in their early 30's-mid 30's but there are still a few who think that because they are so hung and good looking, I should bow to them. This is my business and while I enjoy it, I'm also here to make a living and be able to pay my bills. We're not on a dating site. I'm older and I have young men in their 18-23 age range contacting me and I'm old enough to be their mother. Sorry but it doesn't sit well with me even though I'm here to offer a fantasy, I just can't bring myself to it. Other times I felt like I was corrupting them and I can't be doing something I will feel uncomfortable with. I have in the past and left me feeling not good. I'm not knocking the younger generation but we all have preferences just as the gentlemen do here with choosing ladies age, body type, etc. It's nothing personal. I'm an old soul and not exactly a spring chicken even though I'm often told I look younger than my actual age but 40+ men make me feel wanted and appreciated and in turn I give that back to them.
Claire Heavens 51771 Report post Posted December 6, 2015 Obviously everyone is different , that's why there are so many various types of girls available as well as CLIENTS. I can't say I have a preference for age as much as maturity and respect and cleanliness. Numbers bore me. People excite me. Giddy up! Brody Boivin 8445 Report post Posted December 6, 2015 I myself have had the best experience with men ages 24 and up. I'd wish that the younger ones knew to be respectful and kind, but it's hard to connect with someone who doesn't always visualize you as human, which keep in mind,is not ALWAYS the case. Women on the other hand can range to 19 and up with not a problem in terms of being someone making an appointment with myself. I myself prefer mature people, whether that be man or woman. In terms of clientele, I think every SP just wants a great experience and appreciate those with at least half a brain to be good company. It's all about atmosphere. I have had wonderful experiences with young adults with great manners and had quite poor experiences with mature people. I think it MOSTLY comes down to the individual. In terms of judging at first stance, I would always choose an older client as I would more than likely get less drama and more chance of a regular visit. -Brody
Tempted Monk 5057 Report post Posted December 10, 2015 It looks like mature guys (not just age related but maturity) is preferred category of clients so far :-)
Amelia Fox 9064 Report post Posted December 11, 2015 I'm different!! This is me speaking for myself only. I think we under estimate our younger generation. Sex sells now a days, and really only has been in the past ten years, so our younger hobbyists and Sps are the new us in retrospect... I do get what a lot of woman from lylas birth mean when they say younger men seek, ask don't follow instructions, wanna marry you, have your babies etc.. however in another ten years those men will be the older generation booking us.. I've dated men in there twenties and men in there eighties.. It comes back to your generation, and what you may think is okay or not.. Patience with young ones is important.
Kate von Katz 49953 Report post Posted December 11, 2015 Personally I enjoy suitors who are 35+ as I have found through my own experiences that there is a lower percentile of that age group who are not my idea of good company. That being said, younger clients are still welcome, but I do ask that they provide a reference so I know they are one of the good ones. I don't fully exclude younger suitors, but I am more judicious with them. Of course I have seen some dreadful gentlemen in my preferred age range also, they just happen to be fewer and farther between than in the younger age ranges, which is why I have chosen the parameters which make me feel most confident in weeding out those types. And that's really what it's about: setting parameters that you are comfortable with.

50 Shades Raven 31380 Report post Posted December 18, 2015 I don't think I have preferred client age, but I do have a preferred client attitude, lol I have met some 20 year olds with more respect and diligence than those of advanced years, and also some very distinguished gentlemen that are very childlike in responses. To each his own I guess.
Guest st*****ens**ors Report post Posted December 22, 2015 I've seen a few ads recently with a "30 yr max" restriction. Evidently not everyone is enthusiastic about more mature gentlemen :)
Ice4fun 78407 Report post Posted December 22, 2015 I've seen a few ads recently with a "30 yr max" restriction. Evidently not everyone is enthusiastic about more mature gentlemen :) Well that's just because they have not met us yet :) All jokes aside... I pick who I want to see so I don't judge if the lady does the same. Now that said I might not judge but begging and pleading and whining might be all part of my approach if she really attracts me lololol
Charlotte Edwards 8590 Report post Posted December 22, 2015 Very similar to Miss Rushton. I see gents above 30 years old only but honestly prefer above 35 for many of the same reasons. I find I enjoy sessions with gents who have seen a few ladies before, understand they absolutely must be screened, shower and pay in advance before the fun happens and treat me with respect and don't try any unsafe services. I can't count how many times someone tells me they are soooo mature and soooo respectful and 28 or 29 and will I see them? I talk to them a little and they start being all will you do a hh Bb? (Which I don't) or they start acting paranoid about giving me their name and have no reference. I don't want to chase clients or train anyone. I want to see people who want to see me and not just every single girl around to try them like a carnival ride. I like men who do their research and read my website, ad and reviews and ask me questions I haven't covered already instead of "rates/restrictions Hun?" Etc. I love mature men who know what they want, are good at communicating before and during session and can relax and have fun without pushing my boundaries, trying to squeeze their value out of me or make me be someone I'm not. I have found some younger guys emulate porn too often in sessions and try to jackhammer me and it's not my style and I don't enjoy it. I like sensual and seductive touching and building up for an explosive release at the end and not to go through the 10 positions they have on a checklist in their head. Exotic Touch Danielle 31728 Report post Posted December 26, 2015 The older the better for me! When I place my ads I always put 25+ but sometimes even that age is still somewhat immature and what I mean by that is I find older mature gentlemen respect and appreciate what I have to offer and I like the connection we make....I don't just want to just see someone and feel like a piece of meat I want to enjoy each other There have been a very few young ones I didn't mind but my preference is older
Guest Prufrock Cummings Report post Posted March 23, 2016 I love the ladies responses to this thread, thank you, I feel like I can still be appreciated in life being in the +40 group! I do love to book the time days/weeks in advance and make things special to mark the occasion (wine, food, dessert, movies, followed by...). Glad to hear that there is a liking out there for us older clientele! I always liked the TV show "Firefly" where Companions were viewed as ambassadors. That is reality! Exotic Touch Danielle 31728 Report post Posted March 23, 2016 I myself prefer 25+ as I connect better with the mature gentlemen...I have met a select few around 25 that were very polite and mature but I want to spend time with someone I can relate to someone who appreciates me and our time together,I don't want it to just be sex, most of the young guys always feel like they have some shit to prove, I have a big blah blah and I can do this and that to you, I'm not interested in that

Victoria Phoenix 3403 Report post Posted March 24, 2016 (edited) I like to see gentlemen 35+, again for many of the same reasons as the majority of the ladies, my reasoning is I find them more respectful, and we are more in Sync with one another. They do not ask idiotic questions, for example" how many shots in an hour, can I cum in your mouth, or can you give me a student discount!" Men that are my generation and older, are more about the connection, the intimacy and just enjoying each other! Let's face it I would rather talk to someone who knows current events, then someone who brags about living at home with their parents and borrowing Mommy's car- yup literally happened to me on a date with a 24 year old,, and that's why I prefer 35 and up!! Ditto. I much prefer 35+. I book 30+ too many younger guys were no showing/canceling last min even when they became regulars, being disrespectful, not having enough money to pay etc. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
TFZL1 229 Report post Posted March 24, 2016 I'm all for being respectful and mature. I see most ladies like a client who won't stress them out. I'm older and respectful but I don't like to be too mature. I like fun, I like a lady who can make me feel younger, I like playfulness. I genuinely care for the ladies I see and I appreciate it when they make this old guy happy. :) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Regent 35404 Report post Posted March 25, 2016 I don't really have a strong preference for a certain age bracket. The majority of my clients are 40+ and I've maybe had one or two clients under 30 ever? I have a lot of preferences and requirements when it comes to who I'll see, but age is pretty low on that list, and hasn't been a strong predictor for me of the good or bad qualities I see in clients.
Guest M***s Report post Posted April 13, 2016 It sucks to read a lot of this, but I can't say I don't understand it. I'll just be perfectly honest, I'm 23, and if I seek to spend time with any of the wonderful women on lyla you can be sure I will treat you like a person/fellow human being, nothing less. Boundaries will always be respected, rates will never be negotiated, and no, I am not looking to marry anyone ;) I'm just happy to form a new acquaintance/friendship and enjoy our time together. (paid in full +tip ) I assure you there are other younger men out there who also understand respect :) Best Regards, Mk Additional Comments: I like to see gentlemen 35+, again for many of the same reasons as the majority of the ladies, my reasoning is I find them more respectful, and we are more in Sync with one another. To be fair, everyone is going to have different preferences regarding what to do with the "finish". No harm in asking questions right? Unless of course older men possess mind reading superpowers, cause that would be pretty cool :)
Amanda-Lee 11094 Report post Posted April 13, 2016 I don't have an age restriction, as long as the client is of age (I check ID for young gentleman) and who are respectful. Nothing else should matter. I don't have an ideal age bracket that I connect more with. I am more connected to personality. They can be anyone, a 20 y/o can see me, we hit it off, sweetest client ever, we got along well, then if a client in his 30s sees me and no connection. Any age this happens, think about going on dates with someone... or your co-workers. It depends on the client and how he is, his personality and I am sure clients have seen me and didn't feel they connected, I could feel the same way back. Age is just a number, in most cases it's very irrelevant to me (again, need to be the legal age). Some gentleman before they see me, even though they've confirmed, they tell me about themselves. What I mean by this is they give their age, height, weight, body shape, etc., and ask if I am okay with their appearance over text. It's very irrelevant to me, I don't care if the client is fit, obese, smart, blue or has grey hair. It is common for older gentleman to ask if I am comfortable with older gentleman, I always respond I am comfortable with older men (I always am asked, "is it weird seeing me 'cause I am much older than you are?") I don't have an ideal age bracket because everyone is different. I could hit it off with a 70 y/o, 30 y/o, 25 y/o, etc., to see me, respect is needed. If someone is rude there is no need for me to see someone regardless of their age or what they look like. Respect, kindness, and a little bit of caring into contacting me goes a very long way. Summary: Age doesn't matter to me. (as long the gentleman is of age)
