First visit to Quebec City and having trouble finding a provider english

I am new to this board but not to the hobby. Find myself on a business trip to Quebec City next week (Mon- Wed) and was hoping to meet one of the lovely ladies there during my visits.

 

The problem is my French is "Tres Mal" and I can't seem to find out who I should be calling.

 

can Anyone out there from QC provide a reccomendation?
