The taste is awful. I stopped using it for that reason. I switched to Pjur Woman because it has NO TASTE AT ALL and lasts forever.

I've ordered some EZon condoms from Venus Envy more out of curiosity than any thing else. They are for people with disabilitys who have motor control problems. The EZon Condon has a card board ring at the base and the condom is folded like an accordian not rolled so it dosen't matter which way round you put them on. The card board ring is suposed to hold the base of the condom open for easy of entry and then be removed.

 

Part of me wants to shout SLAP CHOP and just slam one of these things on some one :twisted:

 

As for my regular condoms I like to use the female condom for anal, durex non lubed on my toys and lubed durex every where else.

I use mostly JO lube they have a great water based one that is tastless, dosen't smell and washes off easly.

The best lube is something called GUN OIL. Non sticky, no taste and lots of slippery goodness. But its expensive.

I just carry one of each (water-based and silicone). That way if I am using toys, I use the water-based, if not, I use the silicone.

 

Also, you can use silicone with toys that are not silicone, so things like plastic are okay. And obviously glass toys as well.

I keep an assortment of condoms on hand, but my favourites are One and Kimono. I prefer the Lifestyles Large to the Trojan XL, but only because they taste better. I have two clients who are very large--one of them is unusually large--and I use female condoms with them.

 

As for lube, I love the JO lube--no sugar, no perfume, no flavour at all and it does its job nicely. For me, the critical thing is that it can't contain any sugar.

 

I also use only condoms and lube that I supply. That way, I know for sure how old it is, how it's been stored and that it hasn't been tampered with.

I looooove Kimonos textured condoms. It gives me that extra "oomph" cuz it tickles me in all the right places lol. They have aqua lube kimono condoms if you really wanna get slippery or if you're doing it greek style.

The smaller ring you insert high your vagina, the other end (I assume) you hold in place as it rests on the outside. Then the penis goes inside the tube. That was a terrible description. I have to say that Trojans Magnums are the ones that I've found are the biggest. They are (or seem to be) much larger than the Durex or Lifestyle Large. They aren't as bad latex-scent wise. But there seems to be a lot more room in the width. They just go on better.

I've actually found that one of the best ways to use the female condom is to have the man put it on his penis and then I hold the larger-ringed end against me as he enters me. The condom slides into place easily and stays there. Meanwhile, he doesn't feel the thing.

 

I've used them this way for anal sex, too, and find that it works very nicely.

 

I've slowly been encouraging clients to use the female condom instead of a regular one for penetrative sex. Most of my clients are in their 50s and 60s and I notice that they often have erectile problems with regular condoms, but not with the female ones, perhaps because there's nothing that fits tightly around them that also dulls sensation. It's true that they're more expensive than other condoms, but then I'm a bit more expensive than many other companions. ;-)
