LuxeMulvari 65764 Report post Posted October 10, 2010 Have you ever tried something new and think "How did I ever live without this?" Today I bought dry shampoo.....you just spray it in your hair, leave it in for two minutes, brush it out and voila!!! Nice clean shiny hair!!!! I straighten my hair, and when it is the length and thickness mine is, trust me its a pain....not to mention washing it, blow drying then straightening....the whole process takes about an hour....EVERYDAY.....i dread it!!!! Now with the dry shampoo i can just wash it and its clean....takes 10 minutes to fix my hair now lol. also, a certain someone introduced me to a certain kind or sushi that is not in a roll called Nigiri sushi. Its the fish just laid on top of a bit of rice...... I AM ADDICTED I CANNOT GET ENOUGH!!!!! Anyone else have any new found discoveries that have drastically improved their lives (or just feel that way)?

Cleo Catra 178382 Report post Posted October 10, 2010 Not things, but I can't imagine my life without my family of felines. I always had pets growing up, but my mom was always giving them away, so they'd change frequently. Then I was on my own for years and never had one. My life definitely changed the day I picked my oldest out of a box on Dundas street in Toronto. I couldn't imagine my life without the three of them, they make me smile every day. Guest S**a*Q Report post Posted October 10, 2010 I go bananas when I'm alone, so whether it be chillin' with my best friend T, out shopping with Cleo, drinking beers at the bar with the boys, or chatting online, I cannot live without someone to talk to... I think I would make myself nuts if I was the only one around, well nuttier than I am already ;)
Guest G***f****** Report post Posted October 10, 2010 Books. When I finish reading one, I start another. Even when I have nothing new, I'll re-read ones I like.
Cleo Catra 178382 Report post Posted October 10, 2010 Books. When I finish reading one, I start another. Even when I have nothing new, I'll re-read ones I like. Same!!!! I'm always reading. I love looking at my book collection, running my hands over them, knowing all of the wonderful things that wait inside the pages. I've been an avid reader since age 5 (yes, I'm serious). Books, kitties, and cupcakes. That makes me a happy kitty. Oh, and Sara :D Bookes, kitties, cupcakes, and Sara :D :D :D

Mister T 45020 Report post Posted October 10, 2010 My vinyl records and turntable, earphones and books of course. Nothing beats reading a book while listening to a vinyl record comfortably at home. Would go crazy without some of my old books, ranging from 19th century replocas of jules vernes books to 1960's pulp fiction books among the many i have. West 220 Report post Posted October 11, 2010 Same!!!! I'm always reading. I love looking at my book collection, running my hands over them, knowing all of the wonderful things that wait inside the pages. I've been an avid reader since age 5 (yes, I'm serious). Same again! I currently own more books than I can possibly read in my lifetime, yet I keep buying more. My only wish is that I could read faster so i could absorb more books. Also: music. I love discovering new artists that touch my soul. At work I constantly have my headphones on, to drown out annoying co-workers, but also to free me from rather mundane tasks.
