A guy may get an answer and realize the CL lady in question is not for him and voila, he happens to be on a place where he can look for a lady that does meet his needs. Should we ask other members of Cerb for info. on non Cerb members and should we post recommendations for non Cerb ladies? Although I am not sure if my interpretation is how you meant your post to come across that is how I will reply to it. Firstly I do not know, that is to say I am unsure, if we should be asking for information on non Cerb ladies. I really don't know! Part of me says that we should not be promoting CL and that we should stick to our community. But this type of attitude can be narrow minded and short sighted. One might even call it an isolationists attitude. One has to take into account that some ladies are simply unaware of Cerb. Still others choose to frequent CL over Cerb the same way some ladies choose Cerb over Escorts Canada. A personal choice which is not for me to either judge, condemn or condone. One thing I do know is I am starting to get tired of seeing threads with "Seeking info. on lady X from CL" here on Cerb. I do wish that this type of conversation could/would stop. Invariably there are few replies to questions of this sort and it seems just as few recommendations for "Lady X." So yes if any Cerb member sees a reputable lady who is not a member of Cerb by all means post a recommendation for all of our benefit. Although my last statement seems to have answered the second portion of my interpretation of the original question I shall try to elaborate. I think it is to everyones benefit to have any and all reputable and deserving ladies recommended here on Cerb.! The more accurate and detailed recos. that are posted the better we all are, lady and gentleman alike. If the lady is recommended here on Cerb, regardless of which site she belongs, it will be better for us all. The number of people visiting Cerb will increase which is a positive. The number of ladies joining Cerb will increase which is a positive. The number of ladies joining CL over Cerb will decrease which is a positive. The number of "any info. on lady X on CL" posts will decrease...hopefully because she has already been positively reco'd here on Cerb which is a positive! So basically I think we should continue to recommend any and all ladies who deserve it...regardless of her site of choice. I would prefer the stopping of questions about cl ladies, it seems to be an epedemic in ottawa. Its always the same questions over and over again, because the men are to lazy to do their own research on the women. It's really quite simple: This is a board for recommending ladies SPs to other potential clients. No where has it been said that CERB should only recommended CERB members. Afterall, this is an open board that anyone can join.. recommending a good SP from CL might encourage the SP to join CERB! Also, look at this very likely scenario; You are looking for an SP. You currently have a busy/chaotic schedule that makes it difficult to plan time in advance with an SP so you frequently have to call for short-notice bookings. At the moment, your favourite SP is not available. You look on CERB and there are a few good ladies who have posts up advertising their availability but you really don't feel like driving from Kanata to Orleans, or vice versa, etc... You decide to look on CL because there are some good SPs who use CL regularly (some who are ALSO CERB members). In this case CL is the easiest and most convenient source of SPs who are advertising "NOW" availability in different areas of the city. This is often the most convenient option, at least for me. The only catch to using CL regularly to find SPs is that you have to learn how to be wise with it. If an SP is offering FS for an hour at $80, it's probably too good to be true. The same goes if her picture looks like it was taken from the front of a magazine, DVD cover or if the picture has watermarks from a website, etc... The Cowboy's Diary is a priceless tool for those who want to use CL and not have bad experiences. Experience is a big part too. Anyway, I say we should all promote CL as well as CERB as there are good SPs on the dark side (CL) as well who deserve just as much praise as any CERB SP. If she is getting a good reco, it is possible she can really benefit from the information, community and networking that comes from belonging to a forum, even if there is not a sudden increase in clients. I worked for at least 6 years without even knowing such forum existed, did little or nothing online anyway, but had I known, I could have avoided some basic mistakes and so on. It is nice. That sounds like very wise advice. It also strikes me that any forum that becomes exclusive and isolationist will probably stagnate, and eventually decline. But if we can grow, then we all benefit. Annessa 22743 Report post Posted October 14, 2010 I disagree with a CL girl being mentioned on here as creating competition for us CERB ladies.....we are going to have competition no matter where all the other ladies advertise On that note I think its a great idea to mention CL ladies on here this is the Canadian Escort recommendation board...who knows, A lady may even see that she has some fans through these recos and become a member so that she can comment or thank those members and therefore create a presence on the board.
