2bigalow2 2938 Report post Posted April 4, 2016 If you are diabetic and taking insulin make sure your blood sugar is normal the day before and try and not take your insulin the next day. eat very little. I find Cialis works best when you are relaxed and expect several erections over a 36 hour period. They can last long to short depending on what you ate. Being a provider, I would highly recommend Viagra, as it is possible, if it doesn't work the first time (happened only twice or thrice in numerous years), you can take another dose after 24hours. Impossible with Cialis (have seen issues with this one before) to take another dose. Choice is yours and I'm not a pharmacist, but I would recommend Viagra, available in single packages, with a prescription. And please, stay away from the fake stuff, it's dangerous!..
