Changes In Who I Am... Attraction.

So I've always been one to date around my age. When scoping out the boys at a bar, I tend to like them younger than myself or around the same age... I'm also very much attracted to personality, but have always hovered around my own age.

 

However, now, since I've been escorting, I find myself checking out the older guys now too... Honestly it doesn't matter if they look "old enough to be my grandfather", chances are I still give them a quick look-see.

 

I was walking down Rideau today and I noticed myself doing that for the first time, I"m sure there have been other times, but this was the first time that I realized that I was looking at men way older than I normally would.

 

I think that escorting has allowed me to expand my thoughts of what a lover can be or is to me, age really doesn't have meaning in relationships as long as there's chemistry...

While I have always been attracted to men older than me, I now find myself looking at younger guys and wondering! Still like the more mature ones tho! Since I have begun escorting, I also find myself checking out women. I never did before other than to admire an outfit, hairstyle or shoes! I guess perspectives change!

I love older men. I always have. One of my current partners is ten years older than me.

 

For the most part, the age difference doesn't really make any difference. Except of course, when I'm raving about how Jurassic Park was super awesome and how as a kid I thought dinosaurs were the shiz (I still do) and he's like, yeah, I was in university when that movie came out, so it didn't have the same impact. Yeah, I was ten. Haha.

To me, age is truly irrelevant. I have dated younger, my age and much older. As far as dating someone, it all comes down to mutual attraction, both mentally and physically. I have felt that way with men of varying ages, so I can't say I've ever had an age preference. For me, it's always been about the person, not which year they were born. :-)
