oliviaphan 1165 Report post Posted May 24, 2016 It is a long story! First, I did not know you had to register your card with real ID to activate. So I used some nick name to register and it did not approve. I tried again then I called customer service to explain to them that I have the package, the receipt so it should be enough to prove I am the card holder. Unfortunately, they kept refusing send a replacement card. Anyone has experience how to recover information that you filled in a form (after you turn off computer)?
