Guest *Ste***cque** Report post Posted May 31, 2016 I'm flying to Toronto for a getaway weekend in a few weeks with my wife. I've checked TA for restaurant options and a few look quite good. Scaramouche sounds very nice. Any other places you would recommend? Been to Lee's a few times and looking for a different place to try for fine dining. We're staying near King street west and Spadina and prefer to walk to restaurants, although scaramouche would be a cab ride. Thanks for any opinions offered. BrettonWoods 4365 Report post Posted May 31, 2016 If you want a different experience and like Moroccan food try the Sultan's Tent downtown. I have gone there several times on dinner dates. A lovely escort first recommended it to me. They often have a belly dance show right among the tables which is fun and amusing for both you and your date. Guest S****r Report post Posted June 7, 2016 For a COMPLETELY different dining experience, try O.Noir. Food is excellent, but the experience is like no other. Truly.
ReaganAdams 283 Report post Posted June 12, 2016 The Chase is also a great spot: http://www.thechasetoronto.com/index.php If you're a fan of Lee, then Luckee would definitely be worth checking out! http://www.luckeerestaurant.com/#home If you have allergy to MSG chat with your server at Susur Lee's restaurants, they do use MSG in some dishes. Both are walking distance from King and Spadina.
spud271 47779 Report post Posted June 15, 2016 I hit up La Cubana down on Roncesvalles on my last work trip to Toronto. Had the molasses roasted pork shoulder...it was outstanding! http://www.lacubana.ca/
