Reddog01 30280 Report post Posted October 30, 2010 Dumb and Dumber made me laugh ....saw it on TV (mindless slapstick). American Beauty on another scale - a dark comedy about mid-life crisis...Yes - Pulp Ficton - "Royal with Cheese". John Travolta uses this line again in "From Paris with Love" 16 years later. Old Dog 179138 Report post Posted October 30, 2010 Ahhhh... another great time for movies..... Grosse Pointe Blank... can't miss gem!!!! Clerks... not so much for the film itself, but for the genius that it launched. Kevin Smith Rocks! The Big Lebowski... the Coen Brothers masterpiece... Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels ... Guy Ritchie at his FINEST Dogma... Who can argue with Affleck and Damon as fallen angels, Chris Rock as the 13th disciple and Alannis Morissette as God? Night at the Roxbury... it's all been said... a brilliant goofy comedy!
