Brody Boivin 8445 Report post Posted June 26, 2016 This is a fun little questionnaire. I am talking about rentals not so much in buying as that's a whole other level, and unrelated to my current situation. I am specifically curious to know which is better as follows. Condo Fees and shared facility where every thing is done for you such as snow removal or having a home to your own but having to do all the chores . To be honest I am stuck in between the two and will probably end up going into an apartment again as I am new to all this. I always wanted a loft with a basement but that's not existent here in Ottawa... :(
Guest st*****ens**ors Report post Posted June 26, 2016 Hello Brody! I can see the advantages of a condo, especially for someone on their own, but for me a house, even (or especially) a tiny one would win every time. I breathe easier with more space around me. Good luck with your hunt for new digs!
Fresh start 17467 Report post Posted June 26, 2016 If you're renting a condo, the fees are usually included in the cost of rent.
Brody Boivin 8445 Report post Posted June 26, 2016 Two very good points.. Back at square one... LMAO Although my not wanting to adult makes me want to choose a condo. Pricier but I get to worry less. I don't mind a condo as long as it as lots of space to store things. I have a thing for organization but love small and quaint. My incall is small and have had days where I just couldn't even with it's size but have finally succeeded in finding the perfect organized situation. I want to move as shoveling snow is not on my to do list for next winter. Thank you very much. Landlord is suppose to, but does he? nope.
