A bit late of a response but I believe I have seen those photos before through the ads previous link.

The first one might have been chole luvs and the second does look like a photo from a Marissa who was around previously.

I think both photos are a few years old, and as the ad is stale this probably is now a non-starter now.

so i was wrong on this one, marissa is real and she does have a roommate. The pics are real for marissa as well.

 

I've encouraged her to get setup on lyla, and once she does i will give a proper recommendation.
