The last thing I want to do is break the rules and I thought I was cognizant of them when I posted. Perhaps maybe or or maybe not you are correct and I respect and appreciate your perspective. If you would be so kind as to consider mine... As per my perspective I think it's important to consider the following: -I was not asked or paid to act on behalf of the agency. -I have no monitory gain directly or indirectly for any decision, business or otherwise, that the agency makes whether or not as a direct or indirect result of this post. -I have no power to direct the agency or their services in anyway thereby meaning I do not have the right or the ability to advertise for them. -As ones intension legally and morally is a powerful factor in considering the definition of ones actions I would like to state emphatically that my intention for this post was in no way a means to promote or advertise for this agency or any other agency in any way. My only intention was to utilize the safe Community that lyla provides which allows us all to discuss openly, learn from one another and help each other in the pursuit of all of our well intentioned endeavours so long as those endeavours are respectful and within the rules of course. And I do not feel that there is fault in how we attempt to realize those endeavours just because the method is creative by nature! -Lastly, I am concerned that if we were to carry such loose and over encompassing definitions for words like "advertising & promoting" we'd be opening up a Pandora's box to all sorts of criticism. -If you read the thousands of posts in the "Escort Discussion" sections you will see an endless barrage of links, discussion, questions, and shared positive experiences about specific ladies and agency's. Often it is the case that a thread about a specific provider goes on for months, page after page, drawing a great deal of attention to that one provider or agency. Could that not be considered, under a loose definition, as advertising? In closing, I would like to say that I appreciate your very astute passion for the rules. I have to admit however that I am a bit curious... As this post was in no way, negative or disrespectful to you or anyone else in anyway that I am aware of, I'm not sure why you were so motivated that you felt the need to Comment! Perhaps it was a selfless gesture of concern for me and you just wanted to be kind educate me on the rules!? Or perhaps you feel that this post draws attention to one thereby detracting attention from another? What ever the case, out of respect, I would like to invite you to further share your feelings in a private message if you should so desire.
