Miss Scarlett 25073 Report post Posted December 10, 2010 All the original Christmas Cartoons from when I was a kid. Like the original claymation Frosty and Rudolph. The cartoon Grinch was my fav, even though I also like Jim Carey's version too. When I watch them it brings back sooooo many memories! hehe I also try to catch Charlie Browns Christmas Special. What can I say, I'm still a kid at heart!

Guest W***ledi*Time Report post Posted December 10, 2010 I agree with bananapants. "A Chistmas Story"! Some filming was done in Toronto; this scene was shot at Victoria School in St. Catharines:
Cato 160314 Report post Posted December 10, 2010 (edited) "Young Standup Titties," starring Tori Black. (Just kidding-really, I'm not serious at all ...but she does wear a Santa hat in one scene, if I'm not mistaken.) roamingguy 300292 Report post Posted December 10, 2010 This is inspired by Gobofraggle's thread. Mine is National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation! I watch it everytime it comes on!!! Geez, kinda disappointed, when you titled the thread What is your #1 must see Xmas movie, my mind was in the gutter...thought Xmas on a site like this was double meaning...sex oriented Christmas movie...just kidding;);) My number 1 movie, Christmas Carol, starring Alistair Sim...hands down, stands the test of time Number 2, National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation RG
Guest jake_cdn Report post Posted December 8, 2012 You just missed a Christmas Story on Saturday morning at the South Keys cinema. It is always better on the big screen... I definitely agree with Scrooged I never turn it off when I am lucky enough to come across it. Still hung up on How the Grinch Stole Christmas animated version. The combination of Boris Karloff's voice and the wide, wide smile from the Grinch is still my favourite.

Athos 108589 Report post Posted December 9, 2012 I agree with many of the choices above. My favs are: A Christmas Carol (with Alastair Sim) It's a Wonderful Life Miracle on 34th street (original version) I also like the Bells of St. Mary's and White Christmas ... how can it be Christmas without Bing Crosby??? But of course The Grinch that Stole Christmas (original animated version) has to be part of the holiday season. It transports me to my childhood and many wonderful Christmas seasons the way nothing else can. Porthos
