Dr. Freeze 125 Report post Posted December 15, 2010 I?ve been wondering about a hypothetical scenario involving the hobby for awhile now; namely, what if the SP or Client was someone you knew? I?m wondering how you would react if, upon arriving at an appointment with a client or SP that you?ve never booked with before, you found out that the person you had the appointment with was someone you knew from your private life, for instance a friend, acquaintance or co-worker who you did not know was a hobbyist or an SP. Would you continue with the appointment? Laugh it off and end it there? Is there even etiquette for such things? While I put this forth as a hypothetical, this may well have happened to some of you, in which case I?d like to hear the story. I understand that this may be a bit unlikely, especially given that in setting up the booking one of you would probably have been tipped off somehow, but it?s interesting to think about nonetheless. Thanks, Doc
Nicolette Vaughn 294340 Report post Posted December 15, 2010 It happened to me a couple of weeks ago. It was a former friend's ex-boyfriend who I hadn't seen in over 10 years. Given the fact that someone can change their looks over the years, I'm sure he thought it was me or someone related to me as there is one person in my immediate family who looks almost identical to me and he also knew them. I no longer look like I did when I was 18 so I'm sure he had his doubts but honestly at first I did not recognize him and then when i thought it might be him, I just played dumb. I never brought it up and neither did he. He was also someone I never really liked because he was a prick to my friend. I don't know if he got off on the whole secenario but who cares... I did my job and he seemed to enjoy himself.
quick25 137 Report post Posted December 15, 2010 I had heard once from a sp I had seen a few times, that she had a incall from someone she knew who was not the nicest guy. She went to answer the door opened it and she said it was a huge surprise. The guy actually ran away and txted her to not mention to anyone they both knew. Honestly I would just try to not make a big deal of it. The situation is only as big as you make it.
Tiffany Amber 7031 Report post Posted December 15, 2010 I moved away from my home town about 6 yrs ago, not visiting very often and when I do, I stay at my mom's and never go out. Ive been under the radar, as my family doesnt want it to be public of what I do. So that said.... I was working at a MP, alone on a Sunday, this gentlemen came in, did our session and left. I didnt think anything of it. A simple guy, very quiet. About a month later he cam back, this time the owner was there. She knew this guy, chatted with him and said Mr.... Tiffany will be with you in a moment. I entered the room and the first thing he said, "Your Dad and I were talking about you the other day!" I panicked and didnt know hat to say! He was my Dad's Boss and his daughters used to be my babysitter! lol I didnt realize it was him, he had lost alot of weight since Ive seen him last. I went ahead with the session, but felt very awkward. He didnt seem to mind. Another time, it was my sister's teacher. He kept looking at me all weird, staring at me. Half way threw the session I had to ask him if there was something wrong. He wouldnt say anything. Finally at the end of the session, he asks if my real name is..... I couldnt believe it, he thought I was her. She is 5years younger than me, a minor at the time. We do look like twins, but why wouldnt he make sure it wasnt her BEFORE we started the session?? Anyways, I had to call my sis to tell hr what happened and that he knows what I do. She was freaked out because during class, all he did was stare at her. She had to ask to be dismissed from his class, permanatly. Sorry it soooo long! Thats my couple of experiences
Megan'sTouch 23875 Report post Posted December 15, 2010 Wow, Tiffany. That teacher story if awful. If he suspected he was getting a massage from one of his students who is under 18, he should have left!!!!

Andee 220524 Report post Posted December 15, 2010 I think it would depend on who it is that would dictate whether I would be comfortable (and of course them, if they recognized me) with continuing with the appointment. I was at a friend's in-call one time, and one of my former bosses came to see her. Luckily I was in the dining room and I caught a glance of him, but he didn't see me. Now that would have been a bit embarrassing. One of my dad's friend's propositioned me one time at a social, and when I told him it would "cost him", he thought I was joking. So that never went anywhere. I probably would have seen him because he would have had more to lose than me if anyone ever found out. Other than that, haven't had any experiences (yet) of running into anyone I know.
mrgreen760 37785 Report post Posted December 15, 2010 It I'm seeing some one whose face I haven't seen I'll often send my pix in advance. If she knows me from another life we could decide in advance. It also gives her a chance to run for the hills :) Peace MG
namssa 562 Report post Posted December 16, 2010 I have never met an SP that I knew from the past and I see mainly girls that are on a forum for the most part, so I already know what they look like before I meet them. I do sometimes attend a MP or see a CL girl, and there is the potential to see someone from my past, but fairly unlikely. I have wondered previously what would happen if the door opened and it was a girl that I used to know. I would think and expect that we would exchange smiles and greetings, perhaps some small talk for a minute or two. Then we would have to acknowledge? that we know each other, and if there was a mutual interest carry on with the session. There are a lot of girls from my past that I would love to be with in a carnal way, so I am pretty much in for it. I would also expect that we would agree that what happens in a session stays there and it is not for public consumption. I am not there to judge anyone and I would not expect to be judged either. Each to their own, and in my view it is not a big deal to be with someone from your past, as long as the feeling is somewhat mutual. If the girl was freaked out by seeing someone from her past, I can understand that and accept it and I think I would just see another girl and let her do her thing. smitty_McFlung 290 Report post Posted December 16, 2010 My wife and I have a freind that had done escorting in the past, when we first met she didn't, then started a few years afterwards, she ended up being my "first time" in the hobby. I didn't think it as wierd or anything, she was attractive, I had asked her jokingly before ..."what would you do?" if I called you up one day to book an appointment? Anyways it was fun and its our little secret..lol

VedaSloan 119179 Report post Posted December 16, 2010 It happened to me once last year. It was a guy I'd had a one night stand with back when I was at Laurier. He didn't seem to mind.
Nicolette Vaughn 294340 Report post Posted December 16, 2010 Right now there is some guy who has been calling me over and over again to see me and I think I know him in another capacity. I also see this guy around from time to time but I don't know him personally. Same name, same voice, young guy. I keep having to put him off which has become a pain. I have to get a hold of the cell number from the person I know in my personal life to see if the numbers match up. Damn, I hate when this happens... petraluxurygfe 112 Report post Posted November 28, 2023 I have met many clients who I know irl. Most from the field my degree is in. ( ex professors , ex co workers , ex classmates) Seems to be common for a certain profession to seek out the hobby.
xoCaptivatinggCleo 774 Report post Posted December 7, 2023 I have encountered a lot of people who knew me irl, I am pretty nonchalant though. I've never encountered someone where it effected my personal life, and I'm not from a huge city either. It doesn't really bother me in anyway 🙂 Its almost a little hotter lol
