Guest J**ck*9 Report post Posted October 8, 2017 Remember when people used to engage in face to face conversations over coffee, beer, dinner .... Etc..... As opposed to people who are 5 feet away from each other who would rather text each other instead of conversing..... Social skills may become extinct. NotchJohnson 214123 Report post Posted October 9, 2017 Remember when getting music meant buying a full album/cassette(quite often for only one song) or copied it from someone in a mixtape. I used to record my favorite song from the radio to a 4 track(cassette) just so I could listen to it in my car when driving around. Often I would get a little bit of the DJ's voice at the beginning or end of the song.

Katherine of Halifax 113932 Report post Posted March 23, 2018 When Organic meat and vegetables were nothing special , it just was ? We ate our grandfather's fresh meat, poultry and vegetables , this included homemade butter and fresh milk . What we did buy from other farmers was fresh and whole . It was just a way of life in rural communities.
NotchJohnson 214123 Report post Posted March 23, 2018 Do you remember using walkie talkies when you were a kid? The ones we had were so poor that we almost had to be in a clear view of one another and no obstruction around. There was so much distortion we could not understand each other.
