Kadie Lux 1860 Report post Posted April 17, 2017 Hey there gentlemen & ladies, Just had a quick question about Winnipeg and touring out there. I'm not sure where to begin when it comes to looking up info regarding Winnipeg. I've only ever toured throughout Ontario and heading to Alberta for the first time next month. If anyone has any advice or tips for SP friendly hotels/condos to work from in Winnipeg that would be super helpful! Also what are some popular areas within Winnipeg that SPs usually visit and tour within? Thanks in advance :icon_mrgreen: ~ Kadie Lux
Guest v**do****g Report post Posted April 20, 2017 Avoid the Best Western near the airport on Wellington. That place has every SP that visits Winnipeg staying there and you will see them all in the lobby. :icon_eek:

cuddles 100 Report post Posted April 24, 2017 Never had an issue with seeing an sp at the Best Western. My advise would be to avoid the downtown hotels as lack of parking and congestion will likely deter clients
jasonvitriol 100 Report post Posted April 25, 2017 I actually prefer SPs stay in downtown hotels as that is where I work and close by to many hotels
fresh 8278 Report post Posted April 25, 2017 Some providers use some nice condos. I like it better than hotel. Not sure how you rent them
cinelli 22184 Report post Posted April 25, 2017 Avoid downtown, period. I rented a nice room at a upscale hotel. They had sold all the parking for a hockey game! No parking for their own guests. No such problem around the airport area. Never ever going downtown again.
WhereIRoam 21825 Report post Posted April 26, 2017 Look online for an Airbnb for whatever city you visit. Less expensive and nicer!
