Tempted Monk 5057 Report post Posted April 29, 2017 Nowadays, most of well established escort Ladies have personal website - sometimes small and simple, sometimes professionally designed and very sophisticated - but not all of them. If you go to Eros, 95% of girls who advertise there have website, many of providers here have site as well. But if you look at REDZONE - just some sp there with website, I don't even talk about BP - it is a different story. Website is intended to answer the most questions client can have: location, rates, restrictions, how provider looks like, etc... And it is supposed to be the reflection of Lady's personality (what is not always the case). But well written ad with photos has almost all info client needs in the brief form. So, does escort website really work or it is just prestigious attribute of well established provider, sort of "sign of quality"?
Guest Prufrock Cummings Report post Posted April 29, 2017 I've only ever seen SP's who have web sites. Before I ever make the first call, I read every detail listed on her website to determine if she is the right "fit". The more I know about her in advance the more comfortable I feel about booking time. Think of it as an informed decision.
Guest Report post Posted May 2, 2017 It is nice to know someone does read sites... I lost count of how many message I get from my site form asking for rates and a meeting at 9pm when if he would just read there is a pages call rates and my ,daytime ,availability...sigh. I refrain and answer polity because after I am canadian (!) but sometime I admit I feel like replying if you had read instead of only looking at the pics you would have save yourself time and maybe already find an evening lady... Manluvsex 13731 Report post Posted May 2, 2017 I've only ever seen SP's who have web sites. The more I know about her in advance the more comfortable I feel about booking time. Think of it as an informed decision. I totally agree with Prufrock, I rarely see a SP unless she has a website, unless she has good reviews on Lyla. Setting up a website takes considerable time and effort, although even the most basic website is useful. The quality of the website is a partial reflection of the woman behind it. Having a professional website shows credibility and should help to answer the most common questions clients may have before contacting a SP, and so theoretically should screen out people looking for different experiences, while saving time answering basic questions. The best websites are user friendly, provide a variety of quality and recent pictures, a personalized background about the provider -- which should include a decent amount of detail to inform as to what kind of experience we should expect (YMMV)--, likes and dislikes, rates and an easy way to book an appointment. Recent reviews can also be useful as long as the links work. If the guy doesn't take the time to read the website, is he the kind of client you really want to deal with?
Tempted Monk 5057 Report post Posted May 3, 2017 Personally, as a rule (and any rule has some exception of course), I don't meet providers without website. And not just because website gives me more information (what is really good thing and I appreciate Lady's efforts to give the answers to my possible questions). If provider doesn't have website, it is indication for me that she doesn't care much about her business, doesn't really care about her clients, doesn't want to make extra efforts. And I prefer to meet the girl who does. As I said, there are exception of course but I think it is true in general. ...I lost count of how many message I get from my site form asking for rates and a meeting at 9pm when if he would just read there is a pages call rates and my ,daytime ,availability...sigh. ... That question about rate does not always mean that guy didn't read website. There is the other reason for this as well. From my personal experience, rate posted on website is not always the rate charged by provider when I book an appointment. When I ask about donation for booking in the morning for example, I get sometimes lower rate that posted on provider's website as "morning" rate or "special" rate. The other situation, when in respond to my rate request I get the question how did I find this sp. If I mention website, rate is exactly as posted there. But if I came from BP or TERB ad, rate can be 50 bucks less then posted on website. I don't want to say that this is common practice, not of course, but it happens.
conquistador 18487 Report post Posted May 3, 2017 It doesn't matter to me if she does or not, what matters is that she provides good service and is recommended. Lots of SPs don't have websites, am I going to completely ignore them, no. What a website does give me is more info about them and their rates, so saves me from having to ask certain questions and can go straight to other topics. Question - have you read a website and decided this person isn't the right fit for you?! ... Usually they say all the good things about themselves...
Exotic Touch Danielle 31733 Report post Posted May 3, 2017 I personally do not have a website (why I don't know) but I am well reviewed and have many recos to show for it and always happy to guide the gentlemen to them....Not having a website doesn't make you a bad provider I try to post details without being explicit in my ads and answer any questions when asked in a professional manner And I have been doing rather well thus far, to each their own Now that being said...I still don't know why I haven't gotten a website lolol
blacklabdog 3049 Report post Posted May 3, 2017 I recommend not relying totally on Lyla given that it may be sold and changed quite a bit. A website is one way to protect yourself from relying on it too much
Exotic Touch Danielle 31733 Report post Posted May 3, 2017 The are many places to advertise other than Lyla, expanding your horizons is good for business!
travelfreak 600 Report post Posted May 4, 2017 I normally only meet providers that have a website. It shows that you are serious and it also has all the information I'm looking for. I find it there is less chance of mishaps if I can find the information and also see a variety of clear photos of the provider, not just the cell phone selfie boob shot :) So for me a website does make a difference when it comes to selecting.
Tempted Monk 5057 Report post Posted June 24, 2017 Ladies and Gentlemen, Any other opinions? Is website needed? Does it really work?
Nicolette Vaughn 294340 Report post Posted June 24, 2017 I don't advertise as much as I used to but I try and gear my target market to those who will want to read my website. One day I did a test... I put an ad with no pictures with moderate but not too lengthy verbage along with my website link. Those who contacted me told me they read my website and took the time to introduce themselves and went from there. They were intrigued. Many of these clients are regulars of mine today. In my personal experiences, people who look at websites and take the time to read them are in the minority. What most want to see nowadays are the pictures and how much an escort's rates are. The "rates, services, location?" type messages are all too common now. What I've started doing is taking a screenshot of my rates page and putting it in with the pictures if I have to advertise on BP which is rare now. Then I'm not inundated with rate questions and low ballers. Websites are great to have and they should be clean, clear and concise to the visual eye. It gives a better indication to gentlemen before meeting that you're professional in your business. You can be professional without a website but I've found that not having one in the past and having one can make all the difference. It separates you from all the massive amounts of ads we see nowadays on various sites. Men take note of that even though it may not seem like it but it definitely lends credibility and presence to the person advertising. I have done a few of my own websites and a few for other ladies and they were all professional looking which received many compliments from their clients.
Jasmine Rain 23126 Report post Posted June 24, 2017 My site is my biggest administrative tool used for this line of work. I don't give out a phone number or email address in my ads, so every client I get comes to me through my website first. This is my biggest and best screening method. If you have not taken the time to read my site, you are not the client for me and I am equally not the companion for you. I am amazed by ladies who answer text after text from their BP. I could not do it. I would go insane. I could not handle answering companion calls from random clients and having to answer, "what are your rates?" It just seems to foreign to me to conduct business that way. I can't say whether not having a website works or not. I am sure it must. I know ladies who simply work on BP. If there ad is up, they are working that day. If not, then don't bug them types. To each their own. It is what works for them Some ladies could not stand having multiple emails going back and forth before booking a date. That would drive them nuts, but for me, it is how I like to get to know a new client, get a feel for what we will both enjoy together, set the mood before meeting, etc. So to answer your question, a site can work for the person who works it properly. Not having a site can work for the girl who excel at other ways of contact.
Toper 635 Report post Posted June 25, 2017 Agreed! When a lady has a website and what she posts can tell me everything I need to know about a potential meeting. Only once did I meet with someone who didn't have a website and it was great but felt like a risk! So I'll give a shout out to some ladies who have a great web presence Sensuous Summer (R.I.P.), Carrie Moon, Emily J, Shay Lovell and Berlin. Charlotte Edwards 8590 Report post Posted July 3, 2017 I found that a website was necessary for me even when I was new, as many gents were contacting me at all hours of the day, many days I wasn't working looking for info and last minute inquiries. Once I set up my website with my photos, fees, schedule, and about me section it helped a lot (of course not all) gents find the information they needed without having to ask me basic questions when it was convenient for them. Not everyone reads our website or even looks past our ad, but for the gents who really want to get to know us and have an overview they really appreciate it :) It also helps establish me as being a reputable lady as I've had the same website address for 2.5 years and haven't disappeared or anything, and always kept my schedule up to date.
Guest Report post Posted July 5, 2017 At this instant I am not sure it is useful to have a site: just got a request on my site form asking me for a ''meeting tonight ,at the airport hotel and what are my rates?'' Hum,just needed to read the site and he would have all the infos: daytime only in downtown Montreal and yes there is a very useful pages call donations...sigh
Sasha May Fields 2725 Report post Posted July 8, 2017 I have not made a website yet but plan on it in the near future. I believe it would help gents to know more about me. My schedule, location and all around feel more comfortable before booking. I don't post on BP anymore for many reasons one being the many texts and calls about rates and services can be very overwhelming. I do think a website will help me expand and I won't totally have to rely on lyla as I am at the present moment. We will see what happens and how well it works.
Guest Report post Posted July 8, 2017 Princess: I use email only as I cannot have text and calls at all time, lack discretion and since I am not officially Lily I need to keep a low profile in real life. I still cringe about the time I forgot to put my Lilyphone on mute and it rang in my purse while I was holding my real life phone...awkward lol I specify in my ads to use email, the one who text or call anyway are just demonstrating they cannot follow instructions so are not meeting material... BrettonWoods 4365 Report post Posted July 15, 2017 A website is very important to me as a client. Firstly it generally reveals how the lady wants to present herself and gives limitations and preferences. If she has put effort into it, it shows that she is a serious professional. I find it useful to know her rates as it makes it more discrete in providing the donation. Perhaps most important is that if I am going to a new city and need references, most ladies want a reference from and established provider with a publically available website. It assures her that my reference is legitimate.
Alex B. Symone 12923 Report post Posted July 16, 2017 A website is very important to me as a client. I find it useful to know her rates as it makes it more discrete in providing the donation. Perhaps most important is that if I am going to a new city and need references, most ladies want a reference from an established provider with a publically available website. It assures her that my reference is legitimate. This is wonderful feedback. Thank you for sharing BrettonWood. I have been a reference a few times for past men I have met that needed a reference from a provider with a website. A website has always been an asset to any brand or business. It is essential in ANY business big or small, self-employed or a large company. Just like with any other business your brand/branding does not guarantee only select people will make contact. But it does allow you to market yourself to, sway those that may not be a good match. Or entice those that are the perfect match. In my experience, I have noticed the more in-depth content I add to my site for varying offers, attracts a silent part of the market that can be very hard to tap into. Or has some believing that that market/clientele is only looking for the elite... and they are! But "Elite" in this case does not only refer to a set look/appearance/Ego/Pretension. It is how you hold yourself, the level of investment you have made in representing yourself as a professional, invested, a competent companion beyond the boudoir. The high caliber clients are often very accomplished business men and often voice (in private) how much they appreciate seeing that driven & dedicated side in a companion they are looking to invest in. It is a reflection of how serious, professional & invested that companion is. And can leave them to feel much more confident when meeting someone new. ...But that being said, there are also those that don't require a site. And that is cool too! I have noticed that showing men I am invested not only in myself but all that I do always reflect's positive, for the wonderful men that reach out to me. I would absolutely encourage every indy to invest in a site. Set aside an hour or two a day to devote to constructing your virtual home. It does not have to be in-depth or extravagant to start. First walk, then go full on 3d graphics & HD video ;) If building a site is a bit over whelming there are a range of options to have one built for you, with a range of price tags to accommodate any budget. Just google it and you should be able to find a few women offering their services as well samples of their past work. It is IMMEDIATE that you will see a return in it. A lot of gentlemen are seeking more than just a string of letters. Investing in a site(money or time) is like investing in quality images, lingerie, hair & makeup. You WILL experience a difference in the market. Or don't I mean it's your business, your rules! xo

Hum,just needed to read the site and he would have all the infos: daytime only in downtown Montreal and yes there is a very useful pages call donations...sigh And there's some screening already done, right there :) The mere fact that you have a website makes this possible. I have not made a website yet but plan on it in the near future. I believe it would help gents to know more about me. My schedule, location and all around feel more comfortable before booking. Unless you're *very* good at SEO, having a website won't remove the need to advertise. It does mean you have the space to set out the answers to these common questions (and maybe mention that some won't be answered at all), which will probably help somewhat... although it's clearly not a silver bullet by any means.

That's part of the reason I do not use text,I rarely see it in a time frame I feel comfortable answering, but I am polite (canadian you know lol) and feel bad ghosting my potential date....
