I think it was decided that kissing could be considered 'non-sexual' ('cause you can kiss your kids and your mother and it's definitely not sexual, lol.) It's because technically a person could advertise they sell sexual services legally, but according to the law any third party (like this website,) who allows them to advertise 'through' them said sexual services is breaking the law, just as those wishing to buy the legal and legally advertised sexual service would be breaking the law... That hurt my head a little just trying to think it out. The police don't have the resources to deal with this idiotic bible thumper law the Conservatives brought in to please their base supporters. The Liberals are in power now and there is no political will to enforce this legislation. If the police were really going to do anything BP would be long gone by now. The only thing the police will ever enforce is street level activities and this is because the people who live in those areas complain to the police about it (and rightly so).
