These tactics are a lot of the reasons why some people inquire about the encounter. There are a lot of SPs that advertise not to ask, but these ones ruin it for the rest. One experience I had that the rate quoted was just to get in the door. Expensive door. Recos are there for a reason. They have been met, reviewed and approved.
