miguel 100 Report post Posted January 3, 2011 Sorry this happened to you Erin. You 're not sure if this person is a member here on cerb. However, if he is, (a member), he is probably reading this. So he should do the right thing and pay you what he owes you. It may be too late for him to repair the broken trust that he had established with you. But it is never too late to do the right thing. Aeronaughty 101 Report post Posted January 3, 2011 I agree with Miguel. This is was a pretty terrible thing for him to do, however, he can easily begin to make amends by paying what he owes you. True, it would be difficult to trust him again, but it would be a start. I am just surprised that he was a regular. Why create a connection with somebody if you never plan to see them again. That just doesn't make sense to me.
qwertyaccount 15793 Report post Posted January 3, 2011 You sounds like such a sweet girl, I?m sorry that this happened to you. All businesses get their share of scumbag customers, be it shoplifters, bad cheques, etc. It?s just part of the cost of doing business. The ladies are right, cash upfront. No gentleman will ever be offended.
