I don't know how to put in the link, but click on "Search" and type Becoming a "Verified Independent" and you will see a detailed explanation from Lexy Grace. Basically someone who is already verified who knows you can vouch for you, OR if you have a escorts Canada ad OR a posting history of a minimum 50 significant posts or a recommendation thread mod will approve you.
