There's the LakeView in Dartmouth, the Burnside Motel (gone apparently), the motel over near Dutch Village Rd (name escapes me), the Startdust in Bedford or in the city core the Chebucto Inn is the only cheapy hotel I can think of. All these hotels are gonna be sub-$100 hotels, that's about the only feature they have. I haven't been to even 1/2 these hotels so can't speak to the cleanliness.
