When I searched the third picture of Mia on that ad, one ad from Bucharest, Romania came up. When searching some of the additional pictures from this ad, I found ads in the UK. Now her ad does say she is from Europe, so there is a chance her ad in Ottawa is legit, but I would proceed with caution and ask her take a selfie holding a sheet of paper with her name and phone number from the ad.
