The only time I was able to see her (more than three years ago), I received a pretty good massage and left happy. I made several attempts to re-book her, but without success. Also, I didn't see any disrespect to the ladies, so I don't know what you're seeing there. if you noticed the smiley faces after certain sentences, they were to indicate a sense of levity (which was obviously missed).
