My rudimentary understanding of it is these girls don't advertise and only see clients on referrals from other clients. I think it works much like the sugar daddy system. Its a very hard scene to break into as a hobbyist and entry is controlled very tightly. I would be surprised if Halifax with three universities didnt have this going on.
