wellie 652 Report post Posted January 25, 2011 In a recent post, AngelaofOttawa wrote: "For example, I've met some gents who do not realize that other gents who can't achieve erection can actually orgasm and ejaculate. I suppose if it's never happened to them, they wouldn't know that." Angela did not provide further details. I am sure there is a vast amount of knowledge among CERB members (both ladies and gents) on how to enhance and maximize their own and their partners' sexual pleasure. Let us start with Angela's statement that "gents who can't achieve erection can actually orgasm and ejaculate". (I did not realize this.) What techniques can be used to make this happen? How can you prolong the pleasure of someone who is prone to premature ejaculation? How do you discover the area of the body that makes a partner scream from pleasure? Suggestions and examples please. Maverick 2873 Report post Posted January 26, 2011 In one of my classes in school we discussed sex among the physically disabled and there were different things about not being able to get erections a certain way or not at all. i don't really remember specifics but maybe you could use that as a jumping off point for some online research. SamanthaEvans 166767 Report post Posted January 26, 2011 Erectile dysfunction is common in middle-aged and older men who have type-2 diabetes and in men who take medication for high blood pressure. Other medical conditions and medications can cause men to be unable to achieve or maintain erections. But their penises are still sensitive. Hand jobs and prostate massage are both very effective for orgasm and ejaculation. Or, so I've noticed.... ;-)
jafo105 39057 Report post Posted January 27, 2011 There is also the other end of the scale. About 3% of North Amarican men can get erections but can not climax. I find that this makes some women anoid when they can't get me off. Or it terns into marathon sex because the woman refuses to give up. Personally I am happy being able to spend time cuddling, kissing and caressing. Although practicing is always fun. cheers,

See http://www.cnn.com/HEALTH/library/delayed-ejaculation/DS01174.html In many cases switching from porn to a good SP fixes the problem :)
