big AL 350 Report post Posted January 26, 2011 My neighbour is an old guy who is in his 90's. he still drives and lives alone. today he was stuck in his driveway. his van was hung up, pretty bad. one thing that he really does not like is that people the help him. so after about two hours, I sent my worker who was doing homcare with me at the time. even he could not get the van out. I felt so bad that i could not help him. there were even people driving by and they would not stop. Finally, I phoned a guy that I knew. He came over and eventally got my neighbour out. the poor guy looked very tired because he was doing shovelling. All is well with him now. next time you see a person in need, please help.

Isabella Gia (Banned) 53881 Report post Posted January 27, 2011 Is sad as well as hard for me to believe that people would drive or walk by ignoring this poor man in trouble. You are so right Al we have to show some kindness for those in need, is a shame how selfish some can be, especially in a situation like this when all this man needed was a hand.
