The HJ release is a very gray area as it's technically a massage but when a BJ is offered it is no longer a gray area... it's a sex act and puts the place in the "VERY MUCH ILLEGAL" category. If you want a sex service hire a escort. Prostitution is legal in Canada as long as it's not done in public or in a common bawdy house. (And of course as long as the lady is of legal age).
